Thank you for shopping at Dr. M Holistic Wellness. We are committed to provide you with best products and service. Each of our products go through multiple tests before the same is delivered to you.
RETURNS
All our products are made with best of ingredients and packed with special care, owing to the therapeutic nature of our products; our products are not eligible for returns against refund.
1. One return per order within 10 days of delivery.
2. Damaged or defective: report within 48 hours of delivery.
Replacement / Exchange
In case of delivery of wrong product, expired product, damaged product, you can initiate a request for Replacement/Exchange within a period of 7 days from the delivery.
2. (i) After a successful quality check (QC), the exchange/replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
(ii) Delivery will take 3–5 business days after shipment.
PROCEDURE FOR REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE
• Send yourReplacement/Exchange request by writing a mail to hello@drmholisticwellness.com .
• The mail should contain clear details of the following:
o Order number
o Name of product
o Reasons for Replacement/Exchange
o Supporting documents/ photos
• We will review the request and respond within 2 working days or 48 working hours.
• Once your request for Replacement/Exchange is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for you.
• After the pickup is done, exchange will take minimum of 7-10 working days (as we will dispatch the new product after receiving of the Replacement/Exchange product & after its quality check). Once this process is done, we will dispatch new exchanged product requested by you.
• We do not charge any shipping cost and reverse pickup will be arranged by us in case of Replacement/Exchange.
Please note that open and/or used products are not eligible for replacement.
